How long does it take for a web siteto be completed?
The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavor to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.
Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?
it is not necessary to buy a domain before you come to us, but if you already have one we can help you set this up to point to your new web site.
Can I make my own web site - it looks easy?
SImply put, Yes , it is reasonably easy to make your own web site and put it on the internet.
However there is so much more than putting some text and a picture and sending it to the internet!
A professional web designer has many factors to consider when building a web site, such as usability,standards, search engine optimisation, image optimisation, database options, hosting configuration.....

How much will it cost?
The cost of a web site can vary depending upon the type of site you require.
A basic site will cost approximately £350, an ECommerce site from £1000.
We treat each site on it's individual requirements what ever the size you require, but these prices should give you an idea of a ballpark figure.
We request a 35% deposit for all standard sites and 50% for larger database driven projects. The balance of payment is then due on completion of the project.
The only ongoing cost will be your annual hosting fee.
Will we need to have a meeting?
In the majority of cases a meeting is not necessary, 80% of the web sites are generally completed with only contact via telephone and email.
What after sales support do you offer?
After we have completed your web site project we off slight tweaks or amendments free of charge for the first 30 days. Any support after that is charged at an hourly rate
